Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for weekend shifts (Fri-Mon) in Clarksville, TN. You will supervise warehouse activities, coordinate labor, space, and equipment to meet service, safety, and cost targets, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, 3+ years of supervision, forklift certification, and strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in logistics or distribution.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications preferred.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts or larger teams.
• Manage labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment, and manpower.
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards and quality requirements across teams.
• Coordinate with Operations Management on staffing strategies and workload forecasting.
• Review operational data and metrics to guide decision‑making.
