Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience required.

• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and meet required schedule at site.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable; interview hourly associates and provide hire recommendations.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; provide counseling or recognition as needed.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, dispatch, documentation and control.
• Evaluate and improve dispatch/warehouse methods to raise productivity; train new associates.
• Manage working hours to minimize overtime and meet productivity targets.
• Ensure safety adherence and alignment with location strategy; provide training and direction.
• Support continuous improvement and coordinate with customers on goals and outcomes.
• Plan work assignments to maximize fleet/warehouse equipment utilization.
