Carvana is seeking a dynamic operations leader to manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registration paperwork. You’ll drive customer and employee experiences, mentor teammates, and participate in mentoring and training programs across a fast-paced, innovative tech company.

You’ll collaborate with leadership at Carvana’s home office in Phoenix and grow with one of the country’s most creative technology employers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with resilience.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Skills to manage employee and customer experience, as both will get messy at times.
• Ability to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to change.
• Willingness to take on new assignments and multitask.
