Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Senior Manager of Logistics to own the strategic and operational management of our outbound carrier network, LTL, and final-mile relationships. You will translate revenue and margin targets into practical carrier design, rate contracts, and execution.

You will lead analytics-driven negotiations, sustainability initiatives, and multi-channel fulfillment for rapid D2C growth, balancing cost, service, and ESG commitments while scaling operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in outbound logistics or related roles
• Proven track record cutting costs via carrier optimization
• Experience with multi-carrier networks and pricing

Responsibilities
