Job summary

Starface is seeking a Senior Logistics & Operations Associate to drive day-to-day execution of logistics and operations. You will own key workstreams from outbound logistics to distribution center management, reporting to the Director of Operations & Logistics.

The role is fully remote with travel up to 20% for inventory counts and special projects. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in supply chain within CPG, experience with 3PL warehouses, ERP systems like NetSuite, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or fulfillment in CPG retail/ecommerce.
• Hands-on 3PL warehouse, DC, and B2B order management experience.
• Experience with ERPs and WMS; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and DC management.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment across retail partners and channels.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure inventory and fulfillment cost compliance.
• Travel for inventory counts roughly twice a year.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, routing guides, and vendor guidelines.
• Analyze shipping records and KPIs to identify trends and improve processes.
