Responsibilities

• Oversees border multi-location logistics in line with US, Mexican, and European regulations.
• Manages tariff classifications and import/export duties.
• Handles import/export permits and licenses for activities.
• Manages import/export transaction processing and FDA border matters for US imports.
• Oversees border transportation and customs reporting and internal controls.
• Analyzes impact of changes in US and Mexican Customs laws and informs management.
• Manages the customs department budget and related financials.
• Ensures safety practices and regulatory compliance; communicates issues to leadership.
• Occasional travel to support operations and business needs.
