Job summary

PROTRANS INTERNATIONAL LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics to oversee end-to-end distribution across multiple facilities, ensuring efficient operations and profitability. You will lead the development and execution of logistics strategies, manage carrier/vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement to align logistics with business objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics with 3+ years in leadership, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong regulatory knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field is required; Master’s preferred.
8+ years in logistics or supply chain management with 3+ years in people leadership.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align multi-facility logistics with business goals.
Experience with regulatory compliance in U.S. and Mexico.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end distribution across multiple facilities to maximize efficiency.
Negotiate carrier, broker and 3PL contracts to optimize cost and service levels.
Develop and execute multi-facility logistics strategies aligned to goals.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
