Job summary

ProTrans is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics to oversee end-to-end distribution across multiple facilities. You will develop and execute logistics strategies, manage carrier and vendor relationships, and drive continuous process improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.

This role requires strong leadership of large teams and deep knowledge of U.S./Mexico regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive cross-border logistics experience, proficiency with TMS/WMS systems,

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and significant logistics leadership experience.
• Experience leading large teams and managing cross-border U.S./Mexico logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI reporting experience.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Logistics is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end distribution of consumer goods and services, ensuring operations are executed with maximum efficiency and profitability. This role leads the development and execution of logistics strategies across multiple facilities, manages carrier and vendor relationships, and drives continuous process improvement. The Senior Manager partners closely with operations leadership to align logistics solutions with business objectives and ensures full compliance with applicable U.S. and Mexico regulations.

• Carrier, broker, and 3PL contract negotiation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• U.S. and Mexico regulatory/trade compliance knowledge
• TMS/WMS proficiency; KPI reporting experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish strogly preferred

Minimum Requirements

• Cross-border U.S./Mexico logistics experience

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role provides direct supervision for 100 or more staff members. MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE LEADING FACILITIES WITH 100+ staff members.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
