Job summary

Nobelus, LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and improve inbound and outbound transportation across multiple locations and third-party warehouses.

The role covers domestic and international shipments, freight quoting, carrier relationships, documentation, invoice validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of logistics, transportation, traffic, or supply chain experience.
• Experience coordinating freight across multiple locations internationally with 3PLs.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping; cross-border USA/Canada preferred.
• Ability to obtain freight quotes, negotiate with carriers, and validate invoices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP/TMS and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across multiple locations and 3PLs.
• Obtain freight quotes and negotiate with carriers.
• Manage documentation and validate transportation invoices.
• Produce performance reports and analyze shipping data.

Nobelus is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Traffic professional / to manage and continuously improve the company’s inbound and outbound transportation activity across multiple locations, third-party warehouses, customers, and vendors.

This role owns the daily coordination of domestic and international shipments, freight quoting, carrier relationships, documentation, invoice validation, performance reporting, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, technologically curious, commercially aware, and committed to delivering practical solutions that support customers, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible logistics, transportation, traffic, freight, or supply chain experience.
• Successful experience coordinating freight across multiple locations Internationally and working with third-party warehouses, carriers, customers, and vendors.
• Experience with domestic transportation modes and shipment documentation; international shipping and cross-border United States/Canada experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to obtain freight quotes, evaluate service options, negotiate with carriers, and validate transportation invoices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and convert findings into practical actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, TMS, shipping platforms, BI/reporting tools, or automation technologies preferred.
