Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager in El Paso (Location: USA - El Paso) to drive the sale of transportation and logistics services. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets.

The role requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in transportation/logistics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and target potential customers, including cold-calling and prospecting.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients with regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with operations to ensure client requirements are met.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM with accurate data.
Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to management.
