Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Supervisor, Operations, Road Transport US to oversee daily transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, and customer service to ensure efficient operations and strong service performance.

You will lead a team, manage carrier capacity, and collaborate with Sales and other functions to drive growth while ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, freight brokerage, or related operational environment.
• Freight brokerage and/or truckload transportation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation, dispatch, freight brokerage, and customer service activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations staff; set priorities and monitor performance.
• Monitor shipment activity and service performance; address delays and issues.
• Coordinate freight execution and carrier capacity; support rate negotiations and bookings.
• Serve as escalation point for customer, carrier, and system issues and resolve them.
