Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume family entertainment center in Manteca, CA. You will own the location's P&L, drive guest experience, and coach a diverse team across games, food & beverage, and retail.

This hands-on leader sets standards for service, safety, and brand alignment, partnering with HR, Facilities, Marketing and vendors to maximize guest satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in family entertainment, arcade, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership, labor management, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to other locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across games, attractions, food & beverage, and retail.
• Champion Optimal Player Conditions by monitoring game uptime and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment meeting OSHA, ADA, and local codes.
• Analyze guest feedback and reviews to elevate service and satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, vendor performance, and maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with HR, Tech, Facilities, and Marketing to support site needs.
• Drive local marketing activations and event sales to boost traffic and revenue.
