Job summary

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is hiring a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a high-volume family entertainment location. You will lead operations across games, attractions, food & beverage, and retail, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

You will drive profitability through labor optimization, vendor management, and performance analysis while coaching a diverse team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in family entertainment, arcade, hospitality, theme park, or retail operations.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership, labor management, and operational analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to other locations if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across games, attractions, food & beverage, and retail.
• Monitor game uptime, equipment functionality, and tech team performance.
• Lead with a culture of fun, service, and accountability.
• Manage location P&L and optimize labor costs.
• Collaborate with HR, Tech, Facilities, and Marketing to meet site needs.
