Family Entertainment Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume entertainment location in Reno, NV. You will own the location P&L, drive guest satisfaction, coach a diverse team, and ensure safe, engaging experiences across games, food & beverage, and retail.

This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to meet brand standards and drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in family entertainment, arcade, hospitality, theme park, or retail operations.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong business acumen and comfort with P&L ownership, labor management, and operational analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling systems, POS, inventory tools, Microsoft Office, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to other locations if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations across games, attractions, food & beverage, and retail, ensuring brand-aligned execution.
• Champion Optimal Player Conditions by monitoring game uptime, equipment functionality, and tech team performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that meets OSHA, ADA, and local codes.
• Oversee labor, scheduling, and vendor performance to optimize costs and service levels.
• Analyze guest feedback and mystery shop results to elevate service delivery and satisfaction.
• Own the full location P&L, including revenue, labor, COGS, and controllable expenses.
