Five Star Parks & Attractions seeks a General Manager to oversee the local business unit’s staff, budgets, and daily operations. You will lead a team of 40–80+ staff, shape strategy, and enforce policies to drive profitability.

We value thoughtful leadership and clear decision-making, with emphasis on development and productivity. This role requires weekend work, long hours, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff, budgets, and operations for the local business unit.
• Lead 40–80+ staff to meet and exceed company standards.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
• Prepare regular reports to corporate management (P&L, receipts, payouts).
• Ensure safety, guest experience, and high-quality service at all times.
