Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven+ years of proven success in media or advertising sales.
• Experience managing strategic agency and direct accounts with broadcast inventory knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with insurability and ability to travel within the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of local Account Executives to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Drive new business across broadcast, OTT, digital, mobile, social, and search.
• Coach using the SSP framework and provide field support to the team.
• Develop strategic sales plans to maximize station revenue and client objectives.
• Negotiate rates, budgets, and packaging to create client value and inventory efficiency.
• Forecast revenue, manage expenses, and oversee accounts receivable.
