Job summary

KTIV-TV, part of Gray Media, in Sioux City, IA, is seeking a results-driven Local Sales Manager to lead, coach, and mentor the local sales team to achieve broadcast and digital revenue goals. You will drive new business development, foster client and agency relationships, optimize inventory and pricing, and build a high-performance, collaborative sales culture across platforms.

Experience in media sales and digital products, plus proficiency with WideOrbit and CRM systems, is required to succeed

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful media sales experience in broadcast TV and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with Digital Products: targeted video/display, search, social, and streaming.
• Proficiency with broadcast traffic and CRM software (WideOrbit, Matrix) and media analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local sales team (Media Executives and Sales Assistants) to meet/break revenue targets.
• Develop new business and maintain direct client and agency relationships; assist in pitches and negotiations.
• Forecast revenue, manage inventory, pricing, and cross-platform packaging; collaborate with other departments.
