Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior in the Midland area to support day-to-day servicing of a commercial real estate loan portfolio, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. You will analyze loan agreements, ensure accuracy, and produce periodic investor and regulatory reports.

The role emphasizes risk management, compliance with loan docs, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree with relevant loan servicing knowledge.
• Experience servicing commercial real estate loans and interpreting loan documents.
• Familiarity with CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day servicing of a portfolio of CRE loans with communication to stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements for accurate servicing.
• Review reports, perform covenant testing, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist onboarding of new loans and transition of paid‑off or transferred loans.
• May manage tax and insurance administration and disbursements.
