Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst within its Midland-Treasury team based in the Midland footprint. The role focuses on servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across stakeholders.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, less than 1 year of relevant experience, and a willingness to learn the loan documentation and compliance processes. Remote work options are available in select locations with approval.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applies product knowledge to servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans.
• Ensures compliance with loan documents and accurate processing of transactions.
• Maintains loan servicing records and supports reporting to investors, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Reviews loan agreements and ensures terms are applied correctly in servicing activities.
• Resolves issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties.
