State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Loan Systems Projects Specialist to support delivery and improvement of loan servicing systems. You will perform business analysis, requirements development, testing and validation to ensure solutions meet operations and user needs.
You will collaborate with business users, IT and vendors, manage change requests, and lead testing and defect resolution throughout project lifecycles in a hybrid North Carolina work environment.

The Loan Systems Projects Specialist supports the delivery and ongoing improvement of loan servicing systems by contributing to system projects, enhancements, and issue resolution. Through business analysis, requirements development, testing, and validation, this role helps ensure loan servicing solutions effectively support business operations, user needs, and organizational objectives.
Associates degree 2 – 5 years of experience in loan servicing, lending, financial services, or related field, with experience support system or technology initiatives. Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation, business process analysis, system testing, defect identification, and/or solution validation. Experience supporting system enhancements or technology projects through multiple phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements, testing, implementation, and production support. Familiarity with loan servicing processes, lending operations, and related regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree or higher Experience working directly with loan servicing systems, lending platforms, or other financial services applications. Experience with system configuration, solution design, workflow improvement, and regression testing. Experience coordinating with business users, technical teams, and/or third-party vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
