Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Loan Systems Projects Specialist to support delivery and improvement of loan servicing systems. You will perform business analysis, requirements development, testing and validation to ensure solutions meet operations and user needs.

You will collaborate with business users, IT and vendors, manage change requests, and lead testing and defect resolution throughout project lifecycles in a hybrid North Carolina work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2–5 years in loan servicing or related field.
• Experience in gathering requirements, documenting, testing, and solution validation.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in loan servicing.
• Experience supporting system enhancements through project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users, tech resources, and vendor to analyze and document requirements for loan servicing changes.
• Develop initial project design and business requirements for review by management.
• Create test plans and scripts; execute regression testing to identify defects before production migration.
• Act as liaison between business users, IS, and vendors across project lifecycles and for continued maintenance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and document defects with steps to reproduce for developers/vendors.
• Lead testing verification to ensure goals are met and defects are reported timely.
