Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst within the Midland Treasury team to manage day-to-day loan servicing activities, including reconciliations, overnight investing, wire and ACH processing, and audit reporting.

The role supports the Midland management team with transaction metrics and balances, requires strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and may offer select remote work. In-office participation may be needed based on business needs. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial real estate loan servicing and complex loan terms.
• Knowledge of loan documents, compliance, and risk controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity.
• Supports day-to-day servicing to ensure accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting.
• Review and interpret loan agreements to apply terms; maintain servicing records; support onboarding of new loans.
• Assist in covenant testing, tax and insurance administration, and collections when needed.
• Identify exceptions from reports and contribute to risk mitigation.
