Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst to join the Midland organization. The role focuses on servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.

You will analyze loan agreements, ensure compliance, and support reporting to investors and regulators. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day servicing tasks, onboarding new loans, and assisting in tax and insurance administration, with potential disbursement authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with commercial real estate loan servicing preferred.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and applicable regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Serve and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with complex borrower relationships.
