Job summary
PNC Financial Services is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior to join the Midland team. Based in-office, you will handle servicing for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, interpret complex loan documents, and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
You will work with internal and external teams to resolve issues and maintain records. The role emphasizes strong analytical abilities, risk management, and excellent communication as you support onboarding and ongoing loan administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with commercial real estate loans preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with complex borrower relations.
- Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
- Maintain accurate servicing records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans, and assist in reporting.
