Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst within the Treasury department in the Midland footprint. The role oversees day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans, with emphasis on accurate processing and reporting.

Responsibilities include analyzing complex loan agreements, covenant testing, and maintaining servicing records. Remote work may be available in select locations; in-office presence could be required based on

Qualifications

• University degree required; accurate loan servicing knowledge preferred.
• Experience analyzing complex loan documents and applying terms in servicing activities.
• Ability to maintain servicing records and generate periodic reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships.
• Analyze loan agreements and ensure compliance with loan docs and policies.
• Process payments, escrows, and disbursements; support onboarding of new loans.
• Prepare investor/internal/regulatory reports and perform covenant testing.
• Maintain accurate records and support risk mitigation activities.
