Job summary

CoBank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to manage a portfolio of syndicated, bilateral, and wholesale loans. You will act as liaison for borrowers, syndicate lenders, and internal departments, identifying issues and driving continuous process improvements.

Your role involves performing loan servicing activities, processing payments in ACBS, and maintaining accurate records while supporting cross-functional initiatives. This position emphasizes reliability and teamwork in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage loan portfolios.
• Experience reading and interpreting credit agreements related to loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan servicing and administration per policies.
• Process payments, disbursements, and rate settings in ACBS.
• Book borrowers, credit facilities, loans, LCs and fees.
• Maintain customer, credit facility and loan records.
• Review reconciliations and control reports for accuracy.
• Support or lead non-processing tasks and initiatives.
• Cross-train to cover during absences and peak volumes.
• Serve as Mission Critical Personnel for business continuity.
