Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an Account Manager to service a commercial real estate portfolio under servicing agreements, loan documents, and applicable laws. Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with servicing agreements.
• Institute and administer directives involving changes in servicing standards.
• Perform intensive loan servicing for loans not meeting standards or returning to status after default.
• Conduct frequent inspections and financial analyses during rehabilitation/repair and cash-flow audits.
• Make recommendations to the Watchlist Committee for loans not meeting standards.
• Generate income through transaction fees and timely collection of late charges.
• Monitor and post all loan payments per loan documents and oversee delinquencies.
• Review and process reserve disbursements per reserve agreements.
• Review insurance certificates to ensure compliance with loan documents.
• Monitor and oversee payment of all taxes and insurance per loan documents.
• Calculate yield maintenance and process payoffs per servicing agreements.
• Input and maintain loan data in the servicing system.
