Job summary

San Francisco Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Portfolio Servicing Quality Control Specialist to oversee quality across real estate, consumer, and commercial loan servicing. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and improving processes in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

You will perform QC reviews, support audits, and help maintain documentation while collaborating with partners and vendors to deliver excellent member service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of mortgage, consumer, or commercial loan servicing experience.
• 2+ years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Audit, ComplianceReview, Risk, or operational review functions within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational servicing activities across real estate, consumer, and commercial portfolios.
• Conduct quality control reviews of loan boarding, booking, and servicing to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify quality trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities; propose corrective actions.
• Support internal audits, external examinations, and regulatory requests with documentation.
• Maintain servicing records and documentation in accordance with policies and retention standards.
