Ideal candidates are highly detail-oriented, with 5+ years in lending or related banking roles, strong knowledge of loan documentation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of lending, loan administration, underwriting, loan review, quality control, or related banking function.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify documentation exceptions and work with lending staff to resolve issues.
• Monitor quality control standards and internal procedures.
• Conduct audits and quality review of loan documentation.
• Support internal and external examination processes.
• Track trends and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with risk management initiatives related to loan operations.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulations.
