Job summary

United Fidelity Bank is seeking a Lending Quality Assurance Specialist to support the quality, accuracy, and compliance of the bank's lending operations through QA reviews of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan activities.

Working with the Lending Quality Assurance Manager, you will identify trends, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen loan quality, documentation accuracy, and process consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of commercial lending experience required; consumer lending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, loan operations, and applicable lending regulations.
• Experience with Finastra LaserPro or a comparable platform.
• Experience with Fiserv core banking systems or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan files to verify documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct pre closing and post closing reviews to ensure due diligence and proper documentation.
• Identify trends, communicate findings, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Lending Administration, Loan Servicing, Retail Lending and other stakeholders to support operational excellence and training.
• Maintain current knowledge of lending regulations and bank policies to support compliance and risk management.
