Colonial Savings is seeking an experienced Loan Administration Manager to coordinate bank operations, support loan closings, and lead a servicing team. The role emphasizes accurate loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Relationship Managers and title companies.

The position requires strong supervisory experience, deep knowledge of commercial real estate lending processes, and proficiency with loan servicing systems.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in commercial processing/closing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Understanding of all phases of commercial real estate lending—from origination to processing/closing.
• Thorough knowledge of loan documentation.
• Ability to interact with title companies, attorneys and Relationship Managers to facilitate loan closings.
• In-depth knowledge of bank loan servicing operations and SBA policies/procedures.
• Ability to create reports on H360 report writer.
• Knowledge of LaserPro system preferred.
• Able to direct callers to proper Bank staff.

• Coordinate SBA reporting and servicing activities.
• Prepare and review commercial and consumer loan documentation.
• Maintain loan files and ensure timely documentation.
• Track and report credit and collateral exceptions.
• Lead bank core system loan issue resolution.
• Assist with audits for loan servicing and related controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Generate and analyze management reports for leadership.
• Oversee special loan projects and system migrations.
• Support Relationship Managers with closings and exceptions.
• Perform administrative duties for Relationship Managers.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate with title companies and attorneys.
