Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Loan Coordinator team, guiding on loan docs, closing, construction draws, reviews, and exception clearing.
• Oversee quality control and the clear-to-close process; escalate exceptions before disbursement.
• Coordinate processing of commercial loans, letters of credit, extensions, modifications, and related docs.
• Review loan files for accuracy, compliance, and policy.
• Close loans and provide disbursement directions; ensure filings are completed.
• Provide ongoing training for the Loan Coordinator team.
• Communicate with lending staff and customers to obtain underwriting docs.
• Manage documentation exceptions and maintain follow-up systems.
• Review draw requests for accuracy and monitor loan advances.
• Verify real estate taxes are paid on collateral.
