Peoples Bank - Newton, NC seeks an Insurance Servicing professional responsible for reviewing and maintaining collateral and flood insurance policies for loans. You will prepare disbursements, manage expirations and renewals, and liaise with borrowers, agents, and internal teams to ensure image quality and compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple departments to meet reporting and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to enter, update, retrieve and verify information in computer systems.
• Familiarity with electronic document management, imaging and file storage.
• Ability to navigate web-based applications and internal systems.
• Basic spreadsheet skills (data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas).
• Ability to compose professional emails and correspondence.
• Basic troubleshooting for common software, printers, scanners, login issues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy reviewing insurance documents and records.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsabilités

• Review, track and maintain collateral and flood insurance policies.
• Prepare insurance disbursements/payments for escrowed loans.
• Handle expired insurance policies, cancellations, and renewal notices.
• Act as liaison between bank, agent and borrower.
• Prepare imaging documentation to ensure quality.
• Review images of insurance documents for accuracy.
• Produce monthly expired insurance and related management reports.
• Complete flood insurance calculation worksheets and imaging to file.
• Coordinate force-placed insurance processes.
• Maintain department service levels and deliver customer service.
• Adhere to loan policy, procedures and regulatory compliance.
