Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations role; knowledge of loan servicing functions.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor pay files to disburse insurance premium payments from escrow.
• Submit insurance policies to insurance vendor upon request.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly insurance vendor reports.
• Handle insurance-related tickets from vendors, customers, lenders, and bank staff.
• Cross-train in Loan Operations to support during volume changes.
• Assist in developing and reviewing procedures to improve efficiency and adherence to policies.
