Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in an operations role with loan servicing knowledge.
• Regulatory: Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory items.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor pay file to disburse insurance premium payments from escrow.
• Submit insurance policies from insurers/agents to the vendor.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly insurance vendor reports.
• Handle insurance-related source tickets from vendors, customers, lenders, and bank staff.
• Cross-train in Loan Operations to cover volume changes.
• Develop and review procedures to improve efficiency and adhere to policies.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
