Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in commercial or agricultural loan documentation or collateral documentation preferred.
• Review loan-file documentation and identify deficiencies to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review completed loan packages for smaller business loans and collateral completeness.
• Input collateral information in LOS accurately.
• Coordinate with Centralized Loan Processing & Collateral departments.
• Perform pre-closing reviews in LOS and Synergy.
• Conduct post-closing reviews to ensure complete, accurate files.
• Index and approve loan documentation across branches.
• Review and approve consumer adverse loan documentation for regulatory timelines.
• Provide support to commercial and agricultural lending staff.
• Prepare and maintain document-tracking reports.
