Park Community Credit Union in Louisville, KY is seeking a Senior Loan Document Specialist to lead the Loan Documentation team, managing complex closings across consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will coach, mentor, and onboard staff, and build collaborative relationships with originators, funders, underwriters and title vendors to ensure timely closings and exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification/licensing or training.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff; strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Close approved loan applications across consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending, review docs for accuracy, clear conditions, and coordinate closings.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the Loan Documentation team, guide colleagues and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing loan document staff; support performance feedback.
• Build relationships with originators, funders, underwriters, branch staff and external vendors to ensure timely closings.
• Stay current with lending regulations and advise management on changes to mitigate risk.
