Florida Credit Union seeks an experienced Commercial Loan Operations Manager to lead the loan administration team, ensuring accurate documentation, timely closings, and compliant post-closing processes. You will manage construction draws and inspections, coordinating with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and external partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial loan administration, closing, or banking ops; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan docs, construction loan management, regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor two Commercial Loan Closers; provide training and performance feedback.
• Oversee construction management: budgets, draws, inspections, and payments.
• Review loan docs for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance before closing.
• Serve as liaison with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, contractors, and inspectors.
• Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and QC controls for loan admin processes.
• Ensure loan files are properly documented, stored, and audit-ready.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and member experience.
• Support senior leaders in underwriting-to-closing transitions and servicing.
