Job summary

Arizona Financial Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Manager to lead the documentation function, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely loan closings for complex transactions. Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for workflow management, employee performance, quality oversight, and service-level expectations.
• Proven expertise in preparing, reviewing, and approving complex and nonstandard commercial loan documentation, including attorney-prepared transactions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan structures, entity authority, collateral types, lien perfection, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational management and technical leadership for the commercial loan documentation team.
• Establishes and maintains standards, guidance, controls, and governance for complex and nonstandard transactions.
• Oversees preparation, review, and validation of complex loan documents in LaserPro and Conductor, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory standards.
• Delivers final quality control review and approval of loan documents including loan agreements, promissory notes, guaranties, and related instruments.
