Job summary

Banc of California is seeking a Senior Loan Administrator to manage loan transactions from application through funding, closing, and post-closing follow-up. You will review files, ensure compliance, coordinate with Relationship Managers, and handle complex loans, including syndications and collateral preparation.

We value independent judgment, attention to detail, and knowledge of real estate, construction, and commercial lending. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of commercial loan administration experience.
• Proficient understanding of loan documents and closing processes.
• Familiar with title, flood, and insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of RESPA, HMDA and lending policies.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to confirm required documentation.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure timely closings.
• Manage complex loans including syndications and collateral.
• Prepare closing packages and funding wires.
• Monitor loan pipeline and keep closing checklists up to date.
