Job summary

Banc of California, Inc. is seeking a Senior Loan Administrator to independently review loan packages, coordinate complex closings, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

You will manage due diligence, prepare closing documents, and support funding activities to meet client needs. In this role, you will work closely with Relationship Managers, title and escrow teams, and outside counsel to ensure accurate, timely closings and post-closing follow up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial loan administration experience.
• Proficient understanding of loan documents and collateral.
• Familiar with RESPA, HMDA and bank lending policies.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and clients to ensure timely closings.
• Handle complex loans including syndications and specialized lending.
• Perform pre-funding validation and pre-funding SOX controls.
• Prepare closing packages, balancing sheets and wires for funding.
• Assist in perfection of collateral and post-closing follow up.
