Responsibilities

• Review loan files to ensure documentation and due diligence are complete.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure timely closings.
• Handle complex loans, including outside counsel coordination and syndications.
• Perform pre-funding SOX control validation for loan origination funding.
• Prepare closing and funding packages with accurate balance sheets and wires.
