Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Leave of Absence (LOA) Senior Specialist to manage LOA administration for employees and owners. You will partner with employees, HR Business Partners and a third-party administrator to ensure accurate, timely leave processing and communication.

You will handle complex LOA issues, support return-to-work processes, and participate in audits to ensure data integrity while upholding HIPAA and related policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of LOA administration experience.
• 3+ years using an HRIS system.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage LOA administration day-to-day activities.
• Respond to LOA inquiries from employees, managers and HR.
• Coordinate with third party administrator and HRBPs.
• Support return-to-work processes and documentation.
• Ensure LOA actions are accurately processed in systems and payroll.
• Assist with complex LOA issues and escalate as needed.
• Participate in audits and weekly issue resolution calls.
