Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior LOA Specialist to join our Talent Operations team in the United States. This role handles day-to-day LOA administration, partnering with employees, HRBPs and vendors to ensure accurate and timely leaves and return-to-work processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of LOA experience, strong knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related laws, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience administering LOA programs.
• Minimum 3 years experience using an HRIS.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage LOA administration end-to-end with accuracy.
• Respond to LOA inquiries from employees, managers and HR.
• Coordinate with third party administrator to track approvals and discrepancies.
• Assist with return-to-work processes for employees returning from leave.
• Serve as SME with LOA knowledge and escalate as needed.
• Ensure LOA records are accurate across systems and pay correctly.
