RSM US LLP is seeking a Leave of Absence Senior Specialist to support the Talent Operations Team by administering LOA programs and delivering an exceptional employee experience during leaves.

You will partner with employees, HR Business Partners and a third-party administrator to track approvals, resolve discrepancies, and manage return-to-work processes while safeguarding sensitive information and compliance.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years experience administering LOA programs.
• Minimum of 3 years experience using an HRIS.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Help manage all aspects of LOA administration and related processes.
• Respond to LOA inquiries from employees, managers and HR.
• Coordinate with HR and third party administrator to track approvals.
• Assist with return-to-work processes for employees returning from leave.
• Resolve complex LOA issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure LOA actions are accurately processed in systems and by third party administrator.
• Communicate LOA timelines and documentation requirements to employees and HRBPs.
