Job summary

TECO Energy, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to manage the enterprise Learning Management System, maintain accurate records, process assignments, and publish digital learning content.

You will run standard reports, resolve user issues, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure a reliable learning experience. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of LMS experience, with preferred knowledge of Articulate 360 and SCORM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience with learning management systems or comparable platforms.
• Experience with Saba Cloud/Cornerstone Saba preferred.
• Experience publishing digital learning content using Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar tools.
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or AICC.
• Strong reporting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration, operations, and user support (80%).
• Content hosting, testing, and technical publishing (20%).
• Coordinate with HR, HRIS, IT, compliance, and vendors.
• Provide orientations, job aids, and communications for learners and admins.
