Job summary

RFCUNY's Office of Innovative Learning Solutions seeks an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join the energy training team. You will manage Blackboard LMS and Genius SIS, maintain course templates, and support program participants throughout the training cycle.

You will collaborate with program managers to design, develop, and deliver learning content for the DCAS Division of Energy Management, ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing an LMS or similar platform.
• 3 years full-time program administration support in higher education or professional learning environment.
• Experience with LMS or SIS data for marketing and improvement.
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Blackboard and/or Genius; Articulate 360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate a digital course catalog based on the training calendar.
• Manage the LMS and SIS data, ensure data integrity and provide support.
• Support weekly registration reports and course approvals.
• Oversee student registration via SIS including emails and enrollments.
• Maintain course content, syllabi, handouts, and SCORM packages.
• Collaborate with program managers to post content and improve learner experience.
• Provide FAQs and customer support to learners.
• Track learner completions and report on requirements.
