Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. seeks a Manager, Learning Solutions to design, develop, and deliver scalable learning programs that align with business priorities.

You will lead a cross-functional team, govern standards, and drive high-impact, performance-driven content across the organization. You will collaborate with leaders, contribute to content strategies, and ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance while optimizing design processes and learner experiences to support leadership development and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, organizational development, communications, education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in instructional design or learning development.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience leading teams and coaching contributors.
• Experience with enterprise learning program management and ROI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Directs the vision for instructional design and content development, establishing scalable governance.
• Leads end-to-end instructional design projects including scoping, resourcing, and risk management.
• Partners with business leaders to align learning solutions with priorities and strategy.
• Manages budgets, vendor contracts, and software licensing for cost efficiency and quality.
