Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent (AMH) is seeking a Lead LMS Specialist to own and optimize the LMS across the company, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and actionable analytics for strategic decisions. You will work with IT, Compliance, and vendors to deliver eLearning and ILT programs, automated campaigns, dashboards, and reporting.

The role requires strong LMS expertise, experience with SCORM/xAPI, Workday integrations, and a proactive, collaborative approach to enterprise learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of LMS administration and/or related experience.
• Experience with eLearning content and ILT campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute QA test scripts for content deployment.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers LMS audience campaigns including automated assignments and notifications.
• Manages course launches and enterprise rollouts to maximize adoption.
• Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions on LMS functionality and reports.
• Builds and automates reports and dashboards to track compliance and ROI.
• Maintains audit-ready records and ensures regulatory compliance.
