Job summary

The University of Miami is seeking a Senior LMS Administrator to lead core LMS operations, governance, and platform optimization. You will manage users, content, enrollment, and reporting while partnering with IT and vendors to enable secure access and scalable LMS capabilities.

You will design dashboards, deliver training, and mentor LMS support staff to strengthen organizational learning capabilities and drive enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant LMS administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS priorities, governance, and integrations preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core LMS administration and enterprise platform optimization.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and data accuracy across hierarchies.
• Upload and govern courses, modules, assessments, and content with quality controls.
• Configure LMS settings, branding, reports, and automation to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on SSO, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for access, course, and platform issues.
• Support testing, risk mitigation, and user experience improvements.
• Design and deliver administrator and trainer enablement materials.
